This house has all the modern conveniences including a fully equipped kitchen, espresso machine for morning coffee, free WiFi, and a steam shower for you to enjoy. No need to travel far to enjoy some fun in the sun as the home has a private pool and is less than 5 miles away from the beach. You'll be sure to create lasting memories at this home!
I enjoy spending time with my family on warm and white sand Florida beaches. The Boca Grande beaches are the favorite due to smaller crowds and clear water. Also, my kids enjoy fishing and kayaking at Boca Grande. We spend about 2 months per year enjoying Florida. I enjoy cooking and always have families and couples visit my home. I love sharing vacation home with guests. I have 2 years of hosting experience.
The house is located in quiet cul-de-sac area. Neighbors are very friendly with us and our guests. The area has many miles of bike and walking trails.
