Our historic art deco building was once Valley National Bank of Arizona, built in 1929. Upon entering our grand lobby, you will feel like you took a step back in time as you are welcomed with original marble tiles and Corinthian columns. The guest rooms boast modern comforts with 11-foot ceilings and sweeping views of Downtown Phenix. All rooms include microwaves, mini refrigerators, and complimentary WiFi. Enjoy a cocktail and an appetizer while watching the sunset at Floor 13 Rooftop Bar, order dinner or room service at Monroe’s Bar, and wake up to a warm cooked-to-order breakfast at the Garden Grille. We are within walking distance of the Phenix Convention Center, PHX Arena, Chase Field, and the Valley Metro Light Rail. We’re also 5 miles from the Phenix Sky Harbor International Airport, making it easy to arrive at our location.
