Holly Nest is on a wooded acre minutes from the bustle of Gatlinburg, making it perfect for a Smoky Mountain getaway. One bedroom plus sleeping loft provides a cozy space to unwind, while the outdoor fire pit and picnic area extend the tiny living beyond four walls. Easily accessible on Hwy 321 and convenient to all the area has to offer. Trailheads to the national park are 5 minutes away, Rocky Top Sports & Artisan Community are 10 mins, downtown Gatlinburg 20 mins, & Pigeon Forge is 30 mins.

Neighbourhood information

If you're looking to explore the GSMNP without the crowds, Cosby is for you. The hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are nearby, but Cosby and our cabins provide a true mountain experience. You can even avoid the traffic congestion by coming off I-40 at the Newport or Wilton Springs exits and find a quiet, scenic 10-14 mile drive.
