Since 2017 we have been managing condos in Holualoa Gardens. All of the people you communicate with for this property live on island so have insights into local activities and adventures. And because we only manage a handful of properties we are able to provide the special attention required to keep the condos in top condition and well equipped so our customers feel like they are getting great value for their money.

Come and enjoy the simple amenities at one bedroom condo unit tucked off of famed Alii Drive in Kailua-Kona. This freshly remodeled corner/ end unit condo offers a queen sized bed in the spacious primary bedroom, along with a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Each unit also has an assigned parking space. There is a fully equipped kitchen where we welcome you to whip up a feast of your own or head out to the poolside BBQ. You will find the unit stocked with little extras to make your stay easier. These include coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, salt, pepper, olive oil, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, soap as well as kitchen clean up supplies. For trips to the beach we also provide beach towels, snorkel equipment, a small cooler, and beach chairs. Cool off in the evening courtesy of the mini split air conditioning system that reaches the bedroom and living room. Or relax while enjoying the evening breezes on the screened in lanai.

Holualoa Gardens is a quaint little condo complex in a residential area away from the busyness of downtown but close enough to enjoy the conveniences of Kona restaurants, shops, and cafes. Although a car is convenient on the Big Island, we are a short walk from Banyans beach, known as a locals surf spot and within easy walking (or bus) distance to great snorkeling at Kahaluu Beach Park and the sandy beaches of Magic Sands Beach. If you are looking for a carefree day it is also a great option to stay in and relax pool side at the outdoor saltwater pool. At days end grab a bottle of wine from nearby Banyan Mart, our local corner store, and walk across the street to relish in an amazing Kona sunset from the coral beach. If cooking doesn’t sound right, head into town where you will find generous happy hours and dining for all tastes. Regardless of what you do in Kona, we know that while staying with us you will rest comfortably in this little piece of paradise.
