We also include all natural, Hawaiian made toiletries, we clean each condo with Green cleaning supplies and we provide all linens that are 540 thread count or greater. We are available to assist guests by providing recommendations on restaurants and activities. We are Maui locals and are happy to share where the locals go. No Resort or Parking Fees! Hono Kai C12 is a bright 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo offering tropical views from the 3rd floor and traditional Hawaiian decor throughout. There are no elevators at this property. Unit C12 can accommodate up to 4 guests. The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed in the bedroom, which was recently purchased in August 2025. For additional guests, there is a queen-size sofa sleeper in the main living area. There is also a flat-screen TV with cable for your entertainment. The master bedroom is separated from the main living area with lovely Hawaiian-style plantation shutters. The bathroom, located next to the front door, includes a tub/shower combo. The well-stocked kitchen is convenient for making meals in-house. Dine in or sit on your private lanai to enjoy your home-cooked meals. This condo stays cool with 1 wall timed A/C unit, located between the bedroom and main living area. Unit C12 can accommodate up to 4 guests. The condo receives a quarterly pest control spray, and the entire complex was tented in early November 2025. Hono Kai is a beachfront property where you can enjoy a 6-mile stretch of beach with views of Haleakala and Kaho'olawe, an oceanfront pool, and BQQ areas. Additionally, there is a coin-operated laundry facility for your convenience. Hono Kai is located at Ma'alaea Bay near many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Walk to the Aquarium, enjoy exciting activities from the nearby harbor, play miniature golf and more at Maui Golf & Sports Park, or shop at the Maui Harbor Shops. Ma'alaea is located in central Maui, bringing you closer to either side of the island. This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company.
