Step outside onto the expansive covered deck, complete with soaring vaulted ceilings—ideal for relaxing with a drink in hand, savoring a meal, or gathering with friends and family. The main level deck also boasts a brand-new four-burner propane grill, perfect for easy outdoor dining. And after a day of exploring the area, head downstairs to the lower patio, where a bubbling hot tub and a friendly game of cornhole await. Inside, the spacious great room showcases the warmth and charm of 1 of 4 stunning stone fireplaces, inviting you to curl up and unwind. The chef’s kitchen is fully outfitted with brand-new stainless steel appliances—including a gas stove, oven, and dishwasher—making it easy to whip up gourmet meals. Dining accommodations are spacious and welcoming, with room for eight guests to gather around the table. Adjacent to the dining table is an island with additional seating for 4 guests. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
