Housekeeping service is offered every 14 days. For stays of 14 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen, changing linens and towels and more. Fresh towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a small fee. Daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee. A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment; cash is not accepted.

Smoking allowed in designated areas For non compliance $250 violation fee strictly enforced.

Pet Policy

Pet Fee will be applicable as mentioned below:

$25/day for first 6 nights, $15/day thereafter

Unauthorized pet: $100 penalty with max 2 pets per room

Service animals exempt

Max weight permissible is 150lbs

Any dangerous or illegally traded will not be permissible .

To purchase Pots, Pans & Plates below are the charges

$39.99- Purchase for pots and pans larger set

$19.99- Purchase for plates

If guest wants to rent the $39.99 set then $15 /week. $40 penalty to be deducted from security deposit if the rented items are spoilt.

Linen Damage

If linen(pillow, bedsheet, duvet, towel) gets damaged then we will charge between $15 to $40 penalty depending on item

Early check-in & Late check out is allowed at an additional cost of $10 depending on the availability of the same room category.

Unauthorized Guest

Unauthorized Guest will be charged $50 per person/night.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of US$100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
