Indian Canyon Ranch is a completely off grid property located 2 miles off the highway down dirt roads. Our address is 67 Brushy Terrace, When you turn off the highway on Long Canyon go for about 1 mile, make a right on Brushy Terrace which is a rougher road, go for another mile until you pass Indian Canyon Road (it gets a little rough down a short hill) make a left in the first driveway and you will be here. Pull up in front of the blue house and you’ll be taken to the site. Please be prepared for a bumpy road and during rain or snow conditions four-wheel-drive may be necessary. It is ALWAYS best to show up before dark to make it easier to find us and your unit. We are 100% off grid so the shower is SOLAR HEATED and will not be hot on cloudy days or after dark. Also the units are not heated but plenty of blankets are provided.
Joe purchased this property in 2008. At that time it was 8 acres it is currently now at 20 acres continuous property. The ranch is situated 2 miles off the highway on the edge of the vast national forest, areas this gives you a feeling of being in the wilderness. The south and east sides are boarded by canyons and ruins. All other properties in the area or 10 acres or more so are well spread out and sparsely populated. All the structures on site were brought here piece by piece and were salvaged from construction projects in Yosemite and Grand Canyon national parks. Water is manually hauled in so please be conscious of water use.

2 miles down a BUMPY dirt road, not recommended for sports cars or low clearance vehicles. Please be aware that during rain or snow conditions four-wheel-drive may be necessary. The road may sound discouraging but we are off grid, very secluded and proud of it, it’s worth the drive.
2 miles down a dirt road, not recommended for compact or sports cars but is easily doable if you go slow and avoid the bigger bumps. See you here soon!!!
