A central gas fireplace anchors the interior, with an electric fireplace insert in the living room equipped for additional comfort. March-May is ladybug season and there will be ladybugs in the home - they are harmless and there is nothing that can be done to prevent them. **Owner does live on site but rental has own entrance and yard.** Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
