Living Room: Bright, open-concept living area featuring a cozy sofa that converts to a queen bed, stylish chairs, and a mounted TV—perfect for relaxing evenings. Special Note About Our Sleeper Sofas: Not all sleeper sofas are created equal—and we tested a lot. After a year of searching (and even napping), we found “the one.” These premium sleepers are genuinely comfortable for adults. We invested over 15,000 upgrading them across our properties, so rest assured—you’ll sleep well. Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Smooth countertops, ample cabinetry, modern lighting, and an island with seating for four. A separate dining table also seats four. Bedroom: Spacious primary bedroom located off the living room with a king-size bed, fluted wood accent wall, dresser, closet, full-length mirror, and white noise machine. Bathroom: Walk-in shower with art-deco tile and a double vanity with two sinks and a large mirror—ideal for couples or travel companions.
