From your doorstep, you can walk to all of the best spots in town. Julia Place is a block from some of the most well-known restaurants in the city. The carriage house is right downtown and is a short walk from Bayfront Park, waterfront bars and restaurants, and rooftop bars with sweeping views of the entire city.
Time is well spent simply strolling around the neighborhood of Laurel Park and the Burns Court district. You will appreciate the area’s numerous historic residential and commercial buildings that have been lovingly cared for and radiate funky, artistic charm. The neighborhood is historic yet hip, rooted in the past yet always cutting edge, and most importantly welcoming.
We are a short bike ride or drive over either the Siesta or Lido bridges that lead to Sarasota’s world-class beaches. And we’ll provide you with all the gear and water sports equipment you could ever want to enjoy your time at our famous beaches!
