La Villa by The Riverwalk is a historical Sears & Roebuck Company home built in the 1950’s. Our gorgeous villa has been refurbished to its original condition and includes antiques of that same era. 70,000 Sears & Roebuck homes were built in North America during the 1900 to the 1950's. The Villa front office and gift shop offers cold refreshments including sodas and fruit juice drinks. We also offer fresh floral arrangements, gifts, jazz and San Antonio Spur's memorabilia and souvenirs and vintage antiques from the United States, the United Kingdom, Portugal and of course Texas. If you here on business and your spouse is looking for something to do that is fun and educational we have a floral school on the premises and offer personal floral arranging classes that they can attend while you are attending business seminars. Our Villa offers 4 main rooms to you. The living room/office area, the bedroom area, the kitchen area with gorgeous cherry-wood cabinets all three rooms including TV's and DVD/Blue Ray players and free access to Netflix, Crackle, Vudu and Pandora and a refurbished bathroom w/ a large refurbished bathtub & an outside spa, however no shower is available.

I've had the pleasure of traveling to different parts of the United States and the world including England, Scotland and Mexico. I enjoy meeting all types of individuals and I really enjoy hosting because it allows me to meet some really great individuals that are now long term friends. I was in the medical profession as a medical laboratory technologist, however now bedsides owning and operating my Airbnb as your host I'm an instructor/professor. I am a Texas Master Florist and a Redbook Master Floral Consultant and I have taught at some major collages and institutions here in San Antonio, Texas and other parts of the world and lecture at my own floral design school. I am the CEO, Executive Director and Event Coordinator of the San Antonio Summer Art & Jazz Festival and the San Antonio Fall Country & Western Music Festival and I also own a great nonprofit that raises monies for scholarships for young women who want major in the fine arts or in music. Our members visit children with critical illnesses like cancer and we visit children who have been abandoned and/or abused and in 2014 I was the recipient of TTW Magazine's Lifetime Achievement Award for Community Service in Music.

San Antonio, Texas has become one of the most popular tourism and convention cities in the United States and this area known as the Tobin Hill area has become one of the most popular areas in the city of San Antonio, Texas. Our villa is located just three blocks from the San Antonio Riverwalk, the Pearl Brewery Parkway including the Pearl Brewery Shopping Center and downtown San Antonio; however we are close to tons and tons of other great places to see and enjoy. Saint Mary's Street Strip and North Main Avenue Strip including numerous bars, clubs and fantastic restaurants are about four to five blocks away from us. The San Antonio Museum is about four blocks away (1/2 mile away). Historical Breckenridge Park and the San Antonio Zoo are just over about a mile and a half away. San Antonio one of a kind and unique restaurants like Armadillos, Luther's Cafe, Taqueria Chapala Jalisco, Tycoon Flats Beer Garden, Sam's Hamburgs etc. are all in the vicinity. Walgreen Drug Store, several churchs and tons of your well-known fast food restaurants including Bill Miller, Jack In The Box, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Sonic and Wendy's Hamburgers are all just a hop skip and jump away from us.
