Newly built in 2023, this delightful, single-level cottage is the perfect home base for your next vacation near the shore of Flathead Lake! Hop in the car and discover a number of local attractions including Volunteer Park with public docks for swimming, Flathead Lake State Park, the Conrad Mansion Museum, and the Blacktail Mountain Ski Area, all less than 15 miles from your door! A marina with public boat access is also available on the other side of U.S. Route 93, less than a quarter-mile east. Inside, the open floor plan boasts a soaring, vaulted ceiling over a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a table and chairs for mealtimes or family game nights, and a living area with comfortable seating and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels. Out back, fire up the gas grill on sunny days and gather at the picnic table for alfresco dining. Extra amenities include a private washer/dryers and central air-conditioning. This home also features its own home generator and water softener system for added convenience. During the colder months, the garage has an extra heater to help keep everyone warm. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
