Beautifully located just outside downtown Sandpoint, this classic mountain chalet offers gorgeous, sweeping views of Lake Pend Orielle and Sandpoint and the surrounding treetops. You'll also be a quick and scenic drive from the shores of Lake Pend Oreille, the slopes of Schweitzer Mountain, Silverwood Theme Park, and the heart of Sandpoint itself. Skier, hiker, or boating enthusiast, your focal point at this three-level home is the panoramic view, which you can take in from the wrap-around deck and the open great room with its two-story wall of windows. Spend your summers swimming in the lake, grilling on the deck, and basking in the comfort of central air conditioning, and your winters curled up by the crackling fire and watching movies on the flatscreen TV. There's a private laundry room to take care of your damp swimsuits or snowy ski clothes, a private hot tub to relax after a day on the slopes, a charming kitchen with every essential appliance (including a dishwasher), and a six-person dining room table with a grand view. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The loft is the primary bedroom, offering a spacious en suite bathroom.
