Hilly, wooded and very walkable with sidewalks. Great for morning jog/bike or afternoon/evening stroll along the dedicated median on Beacon Ave S. Mostly single family homes. You'll often see kids and family in the neighborhood. Having a car is highly recommended if you need to get around to explore the outdoors within 30min -1hr from the city. The lightrail station is now more accessible by a newly built public staircase located just a few houses down to provide a 10min walking distance to the station. A level 2 EV charger is available to you onsite should you need to charge up those electrons. 3 parking spaces is available just a few steps from the entrance.
