Here, you can cook delicious dishes and serve them to your family at the adjacent dining room table. Thanks to the home's central air-conditioning, you'll never be uncomfortable. Be sure to utilize the private washer/dryer when your clothes need to be refreshed. A true focal point of the home, you will spend lots of time on the water-view deck. Here, you can relax, visit, grill, and take in sweeping views of the gorgeous Texas scenery. We are not able to give refunds or cancellations due to low water levels. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible. Washer and dryer are not provided
