Land's End is a gated waterfront community in Treasure Island, nestled at the end of a peninsula and surrounded by water on three sides. To the east, it borders a channel of the Intracoastal Waterway, while the Gulf of Mexico lies to the west, and Blind Pass to the south. Residents can enjoy stunning views of boats passing through the channel, with dolphins and manatees often spotted nearby. The community features 10 buildings and a range of amenities, including a large, heated pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, gazebos, and a BBQ grilling area. Direct beach access onsite for all offers a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation for anyone. **Please Note: As of November 15th 2023 - The Land’s End Community Association will collect a one-time fee in the amount of Fifty Dollars per condo upon entry, to include one car if needed. A 2nd car will be an additional fee.** **Smoking is not allowed inside the condo or on the balconies at all. Smoking is only permitted on grounds in the designated areas.
