Keyless lock which will be set to last 4 digits of your phone # You will need a car, as it is 5 minutes west of town, 15 minutes to downtown and IU. I am available as needed, but guests will have full privacy. Their is a keyless lock, so guests can easily arrive and depart as they want. Parties are allowed, but I must be notified and give approval. The owner lives in another building on the property, next to the house. Guests have full privacy in the house and backyard, the owner does not use either during guest stays. He does keep his trucks in the front of the property and is often around, sometimes with his workers as he runs a tree trimming business.
