This home is one of only 20 in the Entrada subdivision of Lava Falls, a gated community that sits two miles north of historic downtown Santa Clara. You'll be just four miles south of Snow Canyon State Park, six miles northwest of St. George, and 46 miles west of spectacular Zion National Park. Whereas the red stucco exterior blends in with the desert landscape, the interior living space is cool, bright, and comfortable. Adjust the central air conditioning on warm summer days, recover from long hikes on one of the two leather sofas, and use the WiFi to plan your next canyoneering adventure. Get your vacation off to a wonderful start in the full kitchen, where you can prepare homemade breakfasts amid the granite countertops and slate floors. Store your favorite ingredients in the wood cabinets, poach eggs on the gas stove, and sit down for coffee and pancakes in the window-lined dining room. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
