KITCHEN & DINING The chef in your group will love the sleek kitchen, equipped with a farm sink, 36” flat-screen TV, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. While dinner simmers, perch at the island bar with seating for two. When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table, which seats six. BED & BATH This two-story condo sleeps up to 8 guests in four suites. Find ultimate comfort in the master suite, complete with a stately king bed, a lounge area with two armchairs and an 80” TV with DVD, and direct balcony access. The en-suite master bathroom is configured with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. Sleep soundly in the second suite, outfitted with a king bed and a 40” flat-screen TV. The en-suite second bathroom -- also accessible via the hallway -- comes with a tub/shower combination. The third suite features a king bed, 48” flat-screen TV, direct balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth suite has a full-over-full bunk bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a 42” TV with DVD, and an en-suite with a tub/shower combination. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
