With room for up to five guests, this charming and dog-friendly Sautee Nacoochee cabin in the woods includes a pool table, screened-in, covered deck with hot tub, and firepit. Located just 30 miles south of the North Carolina border and 30 miles west of the South Carolina border, this two-bedroom home is tucked away in a secluded section of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. The quaint Bavarian alpine town of Helen, where you can window shop and dine in some of the area's best restaurants, is just four miles away. And for those eager to explore the surrounding forests, there are numerous trailheads throughout the area for both hiking and biking. Warm, welcoming, and very inviting, this home sports rich, glowing wooden floors, and walls, but still offers plenty of 21st century conveniences throughout. The front door opens to a great room shared by a kitchen, dining area, and living space. The living area has luxurious leather furniture. Adjacent, there's a pool table and a tall high top table with two stools for drinks, socializing, or a place to sit and chalk up your pool cue for your next turn. Alongside the pool table, there's a full, well-equipped kitchen with a whole host of accessories, utensils, and appliances including a refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, and coffeemaker. And with the gas grill (and additional charcoal grill) out back, you can easily prepare a variety of barbecued delights and enjoy them at the kitchen table for four. Also right outside, there's a screened-in, covered back deck with a table and four chairs plus a hot tub, ideal for soaking your trail-weary muscles to the soothing sounds of the surrounding forest. Both bedrooms are conveniently located right off the great room. The master suite has a king, four-poster log bed and a full bathroom with tub and shower, while the second bedroom has a queen log bed and a full bath.
