If traveling with a larger group, consider also renting The Cabin -- located about a 10-minute walk away. After fun-filled days, relax in the comfy living area and watch a new movie on the smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to create your favorite dishes. When it’s time to dine, the table seats four. The Cottage has a queen bed in the bedroom and a full-size futon in the living area. The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. A twin bed can be found in the open loft area. The loft is accessed via a steep ladder, safety rails recently added. The wraparound deck has incredible vistas of the surrounding woods and peekaboo lake views. Nestled on Great Pond, your vacation home offers wonderful seclusion, but is still only an 8-minute drive from Franklin and a 20-minute drive from Ellsworth. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
