EXCELLENT LOCATION RIGHT ON THE MIDDLE OF DALLAS AND FORT WORT. THAT MAKES THE COMMUTE TO EITHER MAJOR CITY A 20 MIN DRIVE. PERFECT TO BE ABLE TO RELAX AND NOT RUSH. NOISE IS PRETTY MUCH NON-EXISTENT. WE DO HAVE THAT ONE NEIGHBOR THAT LOVES TO SAY HI WITH FRUIT TREES OR WHAT NOT...SHE JUST SEEMS TO CARE A LOT, WHICH IS NICE. THE AREA IS SAFE 24/7 SIX FLAGS IS WITHIN 10 MILES AND THE COWBOYS STADIUM ABOUT 15 MINS. AWAY FROM THE HOUSE.
