Lei Lani Village and Lei Lani Mini-Tower properties will be minimally affected, but common areas shared with Lei Lani Tower may be impacted. This one-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo is a beachfront haven for the up to four people who choose to vacation here. Located in Orange Beach, this condo draws your attention immediately to the private balcony with a big view of the white-sand beach and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Inviting patio furniture offers the perfect spot to watch the sun rise and set, quietly enjoy a cup of coffee in the early morning hours, or even have a quick lunch before heading back down to the beach. The condo's earthy color palette inspires a sense of calm yet reminds that this is a place for having lots of fun in the sun! The kitchen is right-sized for up to four people and features an eat-in, countertop-height bar that is an ideal spot for children to dine or even play a game while the grownups prepare a meal. The bedroom comes with a king-sized bed. There's also a sleeper sofa in the living room where you can fall asleep gazing at the reflection of the moon and stars on the water. The condo complex features an indoor pool and an outdoor pool on the Gulf side. Across the street, you'll find another outdoor pool with a view of Old River, and a pier with seating. A barbecue and picnic area is also available.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 6. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
