On the threshold of Barons Creek, this lovely historical home is the perfect place to take a Texas vacation. Conveniently located 2 blocks from Main Street, find yourself touring old shops, discovering local eateries, and family-friendly attractions like Old Fair Park, which is within walking distance. The park is equipped with a playground, basketball courts, skatepark, soccer, and baseball fields. Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Settle on the plush furniture to carry on a great conversation with your loved ones or curl up with a good book by the fireplace. Prepare grand meals and on-the-go snacks in the spacious kitchen, equipped with all the cupboard room you'll ever need. A large TV is mounted in the sitting room to host a movie night. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, with ample room for personal effects. Spend an afternoon sitting on the chairs in the large enclosed yard, telling stories and enjoying a spectacular Texas sunset. THINGS TO KNOW Please note that this area is subject to renovations and we are never notified as to when they will begin or end, therefore no refunds are given due to construction noise. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
