This eliminates the necessity for traditional security deposits or damage insurance, and provides stress-free protection for guests and owner in the event of an accident. Please note: Pets are allowed in our pet approved properties only and must be approved by Sanibel Vacations. (Dogs only) An additional four hundred dollar fee per dog will apply.

So pack you bags and head on down to Sanibel to spend the month at this charming island retreat! Home amenities include: 1 bedroom/1 bathroom -- 1 Queen bed, 1 Queen sleeper sofa bed (sleeps 4), Smart TV with streaming capabilities, WIFI available, covered parking. No pets allowed. Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience. Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people.
