Please note, a 200 dollar cleaning fee will be deducted from this deposit after checkout. - Any evidence or odor of smoke inside the house will incur a 500 dollar penalty. You must smoke at least 15 to 25 feet from our property entrances. - This is a strict zero drug tolerance property.
