Pool and lounge pool are typically open from May 1 - Oct 31, and are not heated. The nightly rate during the colder months is typically lower to take this into consideration. The pool is professionally serviced every week during the warmer months, but not serviced from November 1 - April 30. Please note that the pool is surrounded by nature, so leaves and other debris may fall in from time to time in between servicing. This does not mean the pool is dirty. The hot tub is available year round! The main house has central heating and A/C throughout. The upstairs master bedroom and lower back bedroom have their own Mini Split Heating and A/C units. The game room and bedroom in the detached unit each have their own Mini Split Heating and A/C unit as well!
