The home's bedrooms are bright and well-decorated, offering perks like high-quality linens and ample natural lighting. For your complete convenience, this home is furnished with a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning. Two beach chairs and a cooler are also provided for beachgoing ventures. Close to your stay, visit the historic Edison & Ford Winter Estates, hike around Four Mile Ecological Preserve, get your boat in the water at the Horton Park & Boat Ramp, and practice your swing at The Forest Country Club Golf. Make a day out of a trip to the nearby Sam Fleishman Regional Sports Complex, which includes an aquatic center with water slides. Additionally, it features a racquet club complete with six pickleball courts and eight tennis courts with Har-Tru lighting, all of which were resurfaced in 2021. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. An optional fee of USD 32 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
