About the Space This beautiful modern farmhouse sits on 1.25 acres of private, fully fenced land — perfect for families, groups, or friends traveling together. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms inside the main house, plus a detached game room/4th bedroom for extra space and entertainment. Sleeping Arrangements Main Bedroom: Two king beds + ensuite bathroom 2nd & 3rd Bedrooms: Each with a queen bed, sharing a full hallway bathroom Game Shed / 4th Bedroom: Pool table, seating area, and loft with a floor mattress (sleeps 1) (Note: the game shed does not have a bathroom) Additional Options: Sofa bed (sleeps 2) and daybed (sleeps 1) in the living area Each bedroom has a large closet, and the home is fully stocked with fresh linens, towels, and toiletries.
