Of course, you could always visit the sandy, pristine beaches of the town and spend a fun-filled day out with your family! If you own a Tesla, you'll be ecstatic to know there's an electric charger waiting for you, so feel free to plug your vehicle in to recharge after a day of exploration. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. The Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla offers VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. From the minute you step into this wonderful townhome, you'll notice the absolutely exquisite beach-inspired decor, a spacious island kitchen set up with stainless steel appliances for a fantastic getaway cooking session with friends around the table, and a smart TV in the living space for a late night movie marathon. Your luxury getaway comes stocked with Bliss lotion, makeup removers, complimentary sleep masks, and fans to stay cool during those extra hot summer nights. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
