This is a newly renovated four bedroom house. Luxury Private Rooms in airbnb located in the Brewerytown Templetown/North Central Philadelphia area. Property is 15 mins away from the Philadelphia International Airport, a 5-10 min walk from the subway, 10-15 away from downtown Philly , 5 mins away from the grocery store, and central to all eating locations. All rooms have keyless entry door lock and a personalized code is given to all guests. All appliances are stainless steel, free wifi is available in the house, and each room has a TV. All rooms come with towels and washcloths. Body wash and 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner is available in the bathroom for all guests. Nice paved fenced in backyard. A washer and dryer is located inside the house.

This is close knit community in that all the neighbors look out for one another. Local attractions include: The MET, Temple University Liacouras Center, 10 minutes walk to AMC movie theater, grocery store, CVS, Rite Aid, and many restaurants and bars. My property is 15-20 minutes away from University of Pennsylvania, Drexel University, Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, University of the Sciences, and the University of Arts. My property is a 5 minute drive to Temple University and a 10 minute drive to Community College of Philadelphia. Guest access I am available by telephone and I live in/next to the property. My assistant lives about 5-7 minutes away from the property and she is always available by phone.
