Gorgeous hidden gem just 5 miles north of downtown Houston! Close to Minute Maid Park, the Aquarium, PNC Park, and more. Modern smart home filled with luxuries: ping pong table, foosball table, 7 big screen TVs including an 85" Samsung QLED with surround sound, bespoked fridge, basketball area, workout area / gym with full dumbbell and barbell sets, elliptical, grill, outdoor dining area, and cornhole game. 5 bedrooms that sleeps 19 comfortably. Perfect for large groups! Place also has a large gate with lots of open space in the front yard for events. Basketball hoop is on the wide side of the driveway so gives tons of room to play. Gym is a half completed outdoor structure with paved concrete. It has a set of 3 fans as well. Elliptical & weight sets are in the outdoor structure. This is a smart home with smart appliances and ultra high speed WiFi (AT&T Fiber + Amazon's eero mesh network), usually operating around 500 MBPS. 1st Floor has the living room, dining room, laundry room, a sun room, kitchen, breakfast nook, and master suite (bedroom, bathroom, hidden secret closet). Ping Pong Table and Outdoor Dining Area are just off of the living room, which has oversized windows for natural sunlight! There's also a 0.5 bath off the living room in the laundry room area. Ping Pong Table doubles as a dining area and also has a connect 4 and giant jenga game to go with cornhole and the charcoal grill. There is running water / an outdoor kitchen as well. 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the movie theater, along with an outdoor deck area. The movie theater features an 85" Samsung QLED TV, leather recliners, and a Dolby Atmos surround sound system. One of the bathroom tubs is jetted. PLEASE NOTE: The gate at the front has a gap, so if you bring a pet, please do not let them roam free in the front or backyard unsupervised. They will be able to escape. Also, the mechanical mechanism on the opener is not currently working but the gate is easy to open manually. Once it is repaired I will update this section (timeframe is TBD, hoping within a month). If you are with a group, I'd advise to have somebody hold it open. If not with a group, I have left a number of cinder blocks to hold it open. Use those to weight down / hold the gate open. I will not be responsible for anybody who lets the gate hit their car. Please ensure it is securely open before driving through. I do have a separate job but am as responsive as humanly possible. I usually get back to guests within 5 minutes for any issue. Texting is the best way to reach me. Ubers and Lyfts are the most popular and plentiful in the area. Since it's near downtown public transit is likely doable but is going to be much less convenient. The driveway is VERY long so you should be able to park at least 6 cars in the area easily. Maybe more depending on how good you are at parking and whether you plan on using the basketball court area. You are welcome to book for events but please realize everybody sleeping there must be added and all visitors need to be accounted for by adding 0.5 people per visitor to the reservation total. This is because the variable costs of operating the house (cleaning, trash, insurance, utilities, etc.) go up based on the number of people in the home and not just based on whether they happen to sleep at the home. If you go beyond 16 or have visitors for just part of the stay we'd have to account for the cost in the resolution center.
