Situated in Miami, 300 metres from Bayside Market Place and 300 metres from the centre, Luxury Waterfront Residences - near Kaseya Center features air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, and a rooftop pool. With pool views, this accommodation provides a balcony. The apartment has a hot tub, outdoor fireplace and children's playground, and guests can grab a bite to eat in the restaurant.

Enjoy water views in your perfectly positioned home on the Bay, while you are across the street from Miami Heat Area (Kaseya Center) on Biscayne Blvd. Brickell is a 20min walk (5min drive) and Wynwood is 8min drive away. The Bay in front is of your new apartment is dotted with Mega yachts and 2 large parks great for a morning run and coffee. The area is rich with latin and Caribbean culture, bars, and upscale restaurants, including a 5 star one in your building. Perhaps the highlight of your new "home for a while" is its prime location and accessibility. Directly outside of the front entrance is the Miami Light Rail station. The free metro gives you free access to anywhere in Miami.
