The vibrant interior features colorful, stylish decor and all the modern comforts of home. A wood-burning fireplace and matching sofas welcome toasty group gatherings in the family room, while checkerboard flooring, a second fireplace, and a smart TV set the stage for home movie nights in the living area. The checkerboard tile flooring extends into the kitchen, which also boasts a deluxe suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances equipped for home cooking. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the modern must-have amenities. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). The pool is available on a seasonal basis June-September. Parties and events are not allowed.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. An optional fee of USD 50 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
