Magnolia House is wonderfully situated in the secluded section of Holiday Isle in Central Destin, with in the private gates of the Destin Pointe community. Magnolia House has six stories with 2 bedroom condominium units all with private enclosed patio entries from the front of the building. Each unit also offers a private balcony or patio with views of the pool and picnic area. The large seasonally heated community pool, community hot tub, large sundeck, picnic area complete with 3 charcoal grills, shuffle board, two tennis courts, and fitness room.
