This mountain condo has been a dream of ours! My husband, Cole and I grew up in different worlds but always had a goal to get to Breck one day. Cole grew up driving to Breckenridge with his family from Wisconsin. He always had Colorado in his heart. During his senior year at MTSU, a company out of Denver recruited him. He has been here since 2000 and would love nothing more than to stay here forever. An avid skier, his goal is to get our 2 year old daughter on skis as soon possible! I am a Colorado native and grew up skiing the Rocky Mountains. My father worked as an instructor for Head Ski in his younger days so it was only a given that my siblings and I would all be on skis at a young age as well. Cole and I have frequented several mountain communities for random events and skiing but always knew Breck would be a permanent location for us someday. I too would love nothing more than to see our daughter, Gemma, on skis sooner than later. We had an opportunity to purchase this dwelling during the crazy year of 2020 and seized the moment. Our goal is to create a comfortable accommodating retreat where we can relax, ski and participate in local events. Not interested in Main Street? Walk to the Ice Arena and the famed Isak Heartstone or Carter Park sledding hill from the unit. Breckenridge Market and Liquor is two blocks north for grocery shopping, ice and staples. Bus route is minimal steps away. The Town of Breck provides a 'Free Ride' bus system to hop on and off all over town. Transportation companies can also pick up from unit to take you to neighboring ski resorts.
