Service Animal Policy Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of 500 USD per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility. Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment. General Property Updates Four electric car charging stations are available for a one-time charge of fee 15 USD. Off-site parking is available for a fee. On-site valet parking only. Effective Mar. 20, 2023, valet parking is available for a fee of 35 USD daily. The resort does not offer self-parking or parking of boats, recreational vehicles, trailers, or vehicles taller than 7 feet, 2 inches. All rental reservations include a tidy service every other day. *The city of Lake Tahoe charges an occupancy tax of 4.50 USD /per day the guest

Packages are available for pickup in the lobby or delivery to your villa by our Safety & Security team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All incoming packages will incur a handling fee based on the item’s size (see below). Package Handling Fees Envelope or Padded Pouch, 2 USD Box, 5 USD Oversized Box, Luggage, Ski Equipment, and Golf Clubs, 15 USD Handling fees will be applied as a room charge upon the package’s arrival if a credit card has been placed on file. Handling fees that cannot be applied as a room charge will be due upon delivery to the recipient. The package’s recipient must be present with valid identification at the time of delivery. Storage: Safety & Security will store all incoming packages for 90 days. Unclaimed packages will be returned to the sender, where applicable, or disposed of. Outgoing packages: For assistance with outgoing packages, please contact the Safety & Security team. A 5 USD fee may apply to all outgoing packages up to 100 pounds. Please be inform that there is approximately 50 USD per night fully refundable deposit, provided you don’t charge anything to your room similar to a hotel.
