1910 Mission style, stand alone renovated rowhouse with two queen bedrooms, sleeping 4, queen sofa bed, twin pull-out bed. Can sleep 7 max. vacation and short term up to 8 nights. (Long-term stays limited to 2 adults.) A full chef's kitchen with all accoutrements. Porch for morning coffee, and two outdoor eating areas, a chiminea with seating area and a full fire pit in backyard. A unique garden oasis on Frederick's south end, in the historic district. Walk or bike to all downtown, Carroll Creek, Historic sites. We are not a hotel, no room service. A serve-yourself property.
I own one of Washington areas premiere estate sale companies, EstateMAX. I have lived here since 2001 and played landlord to numerous guests over the years.
South End of Historic District, across South Carroll Street from the historic Hessian Barracks and MD School for the Deaf. Backed by my large, organic vegetable, flower and herb garden, patio. Korean Baptist Church property flanks other side. Neighborhood is friendly, safe ( Neighborhood Watch signs are posted) and community oriented. Excellent restaurants like Black Hog BBQ, El Porto Italian, are only a short walk as are numerous breweries and distilleries: McClintock, Attaboy, etc. on Carroll Creek Linear Park, 2 blocks away. Spend a weekend touring Frederick on foot and by bike and enjoying our variety of foods and beverage venues!
