This villa is located on the second floor of the Aloha Tower. The kitchen is beautifully remodeled with custom cabinets, granite counter tops, and full-size appliances. The bedroom opens to the living room and offers a comfortable King size bed and a TV equipped with cable. There is a King size sleeper sofa in the living room area, perfect for the additional guests. The living room features a TV and dining area for four. Enjoy complimentary Wifi throughout. The bathroom is updated and features a walk-in shower. Enjoy a spacious lanai, with outdoor dining furniture, perfect for morning coffee or al fresco dinners. Stay cool after a day in the sun with central A/C! During our winter months, enjoy whale watching from this ocean front resort. NOTE: From September 9 - November 8 there will be noise from concrete grinding and chipping due to a Resort Project to waterproof the buildings. Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday work may occur based on project needs. Maui Kaanapali Villas is located just North of Black Rock Beach.
