Inviting beach decor and high ceilings accent the bright and airy interior. A desk nook and printer are convenient for checking email. KITCHEN & DINING Get cooking in the renovated kitchen, equipped with sparkling granite countertops, fully-stocked cabinets, and a stylish tile backsplash. When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining table for six or the breakfast bar for two. BEDROOMS & BATHS This two-story townhome sleeps up to six guests in the three bedrooms. Two full bathrooms and one half bath are each stocked with plenty of plush towels and a complimentary starter supply of toiletries. Make yourself at home in the master bedroom, furnished with a California king bed, a chaise lounge, and a 32” flat-screen TV. Step out onto the lanai through the sliding doors. The luxurious en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, soaking tub, and a large walk-in shower. Upstairs, the sunny second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed and flat-screen TV. A full guest bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination. A convenient half bath is located next to the kitchen. OUTDOOR AREAS Spend breezy afternoons on the expansive lanai, complete with seating for seven and an outdoor grill area.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
