Enjoy this comfortable and conveniently located three-bedroom home just across the street from the lake. The home provides a large deck for outdoor dining and relaxing with a lake view and a gas grill. The wood-paneled living room features a spacious vaulted ceiling and a large flatscreen TV. The kitchen opens to the dining and living room area, making a great space for gathering. The dining table seats everyone for dinner. The main-floor primary bedroom has a queen-size bed and private bathroom. The downstairs bedrooms have sliding doors that open up to the ground-floor patio, and provide two more queen beds, and a bunk bed. Each of the two bathrooms has a full bathtub/shower. Enjoy a five-minute walk down to the private marina, for access to all the Marina View amenities including a boat slip, barbecue and picnic tables, and swimming off the boat slip docks. Beautiful Bass Lake lets you enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling. The home is near the Pines Village at the lake, which provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about seven miles away, with shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away. Things to Know The fireplace is not operational. Please note this home is not recommended for small children. Boat docks and boat slips are not in the water year-round. Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
