Modern multi-unit property in a quiet residential pocket just south of downtown San Jose. The complex offers a newly remodeled 2-bedroom rear apartment plus several self-contained suites and private rooms, all with fast Wi-Fi 6, smart TVs and easy self check-in. Location is central to Silicon Valley, near I-280, Hwy 87 and 101, around 10 minutes’ drive from SJC Airport, downtown, SAP Center, SJSU, the Convention Center and Levi’s Stadium (traffic dependent). The main 2BR/1BA apartment features an open-plan living area with sofa and 75" smart TV, full kitchen with granite counters and full-size appliances, small dining area and private laundry. Both bedrooms include plush queen beds with bamboo pillows, closets and room-darkening shutters. Guests have dedicated driveway parking for up to two vehicles and access to a fenced backyard with fruit trees and outdoor seating. Other on-site options include a modern king suite with spa-style bathroom and kitchenette, plus two spacious private rooms designed for remote work with queen beds, desks, dining tables and access to a shared, newly remodeled bathroom and compact shared kitchenette. All units share business-class gigabit fiber mesh Wi-Fi (>1 Gbps), professional cleaning between stays, quality linens and toiletries, a shared garden/courtyard and an on-site laundry room used by guests and housekeeping (restricted hours; no items may be left in machines). Exterior areas are monitored by security cameras for safety. Pets are accepted on request and may incur additional charges. As the property is close to the airport and in a shared residential setting, some aircraft and household noise may be heard, especially with windows open.
