There is a house manager and groundskeeper in town for any urgent on-site needs.

The home is perched on a hillside on 105 acres and in a largely mountain, rural area however the town of Ellenville and Mountaindale are both 7 mins away (in opposite directions), so it is centrally located to anything you may need. Ellenville is an amazing location, 2 hours from Brooklyn, attracting arts and culture enthusiasts, artists, musicians, creatives, entrepreneurs, adventure seekers, rock climbers, hikers, campers. Minnewaska state park, with 3 glacier lakes, hiking, biking and waterfalls are within 20 mins. Mountaindale is a small community with good food, music, yoga, diverse arts scene and conscious healers. Accord and Kerhonkson are 15 mins, with great destinations like Inness, Westwind Orchard and Arrowood farms. There is a long driveway leading up to the home, and plenty of parking at the top. In winter months, it is recommended to have AWD or 4WD vehicle.
