A bit about us: We are Emily and Deljan, owners of the home and the second floor residents alongside our cat, Bronx. We have put our hearts into renovating this amazing and historic 1890 home in the past year. We hope you appreciate the historic charm and quintessential Salem moody feel, whether cozying up with a scary book in the reading nook, making espresso or tea at the coffee bar, or working remotely from our secretary's desk. Guests can reach us with questions at any time through the Airbnb app. We are happy to say hello, provide local recommendations, and answer any questions you have while enjoying your stay. We speak English, Italian, Albanian, and some Spanish as well and hope all will feel welcome to stay with us.

Whether you are coming to experience Witch City, or for an oceanside getaway, Salem will not disappoint. The walkable and historic downtown is full of museums, historic (and movie set) landmarks, restaurants, bars, and shopping. There is no shortage of things to do, and a book with all of our local recommendations can be found upon entry to our home. We are also happy to help you decide what to see and where to go as you plan your trip. We can't wait to share our city with you! Once you have parked in our coveted driveway parking space, we encourage guests to walk around town. Our home is next to the Salem walk/bike path taking you directly to the waterfront, beach, and train station. Just a short walk to all the best that Salem has to offer... historic downtown, restaurants, museums, shops, public transportation and more! Walk just 10 minutes to the Commuter Rail for a 35 minute train ride to directly into downtown Boston. We are also a very short drive to all of the quaint towns and beautiful beaches of the North Shore, including Marblehead, Rockport, Ipswich, Beverly, and Gloucester. Stay a while and explore all the North Shore has to offer!
