Moreover, this home away offers a washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, a private gas grill, a private patio, outdoor dining, and free WiFi to really allow everyone to feel right at home. After a full day of excitement, settle down in the living area on the comfortable furnishings while your favorite show plays on the flatscreen TV. WHAT'S NEARBY Mountain Shadows is a hidden jewel in the heart of the Palm Springs desert area with convenient access to shopping, entertainment, spas, schools, hospitals, golf courses, and major commute routes. Yet it remains quiet, secluded, and peaceful! The common area features six swimming pools, one spa, two tennis courts, making for ample activities mere steps from your front door. When you want to venture out a bit, downtown Palm Springs is just six miles away offering a plethora of fun shops, restaurants, and attractions you won't want top miss! THINGS TO KNOW -Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. -The utility deposit is 500 dollars for 28 nights with 125 dollars added for each additional week the guest stays.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
