When it’s time to eat, the adjacent table for six and six barstools around the kitchen island provide ample seating, or step back outside to dine alfresco on the deck. Head out to explore after breakfast. You’re only around 10 miles from the southern border of Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Cataloochee Ski Area is just 11 miles to the west. But make sure to save plenty of time to enjoy your home – the hot tub on the lower deck is the perfect place to catch the sunset, then head back upstairs to start dinner prep on the gas grill. Spend the evening under the stars, enjoying the fire table on the deck, or get cozy around the gas fireplace while you stream your favorite shows. There’s another living space downstairs, complete with a TV, comfy couch, pool table, and kitchenette, so you won’t even have to come upstairs for snacks. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
