The backyard is an oasis with the sparkling pool and spa and cozy seating, perfect for entertaining. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to prepare meals. There is also a private gas grill for a cookout by the pool during the warm summer months. WHAT’S NEARBY Just over one mile away is Downtown Palm Springs where you will find endless restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Spend the day at the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (six-and-a-half miles from this home) to ascend over 8,000 feet up to Mount San Jacinto. For the more adventurous, head to the Indian Canyons for a hike up to the waterfalls just over five miles away. Of course, Stagecoach and Coachella Music Festivals are held annually in Indio just 24 miles away. THINGS TO KNOW This home can accommodate 8 adults, plus 2 children under the age of 12

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. An optional fee of USD 72 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
