Any guest after 6 will automatically be charge extra sixty dollars, per guests per day, no questions asked. Are goal is that you relax and enjoy every part of your stay at Casita Lara! Home sits on top of a hill that gives you breath taking views from the front and side of the house! This home will Offer you the inside and outside space you've been looking for! You won't be disappointed with the beautiful views. *OTHER THINGS TO NOTE* Here’s the not-so-fun stuff: -Quiet hours: 9pm-7am. No loud music. -Smoking outside ONLY -Parties are not allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS. -No pets allowed. -Guests are responsible to keep premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken.
