Relax with the entire family during your stay. This home was designed to fit the needs, and playtime, of the entire family while on vacation or getaway. There is a "Kids Happy Place" under the stairs for children to watch TV, write on Chalkboard paint walls, play arcade games, and bean bag chairs, all while enjoying themselves under the stairs. A fuse ball table, shuffleboard, & electronic dart board to enjoy. Then relax in the whirlpool tub while Bluetooth to the TV (mirror).

We love to have fun and relax with family and friends. We travel frequently for work and pleasure. We enjoy having a home-like atmosphere as close to my own home as possible. We want the same for our guests. This townhome has been designed to keep the children occupied and happy as well as the parents. We wanted to provide an area that allows everyone in the family an opportunity to relax and enjoy the vacation. My lifetime motto: Keep Smiling! :) You can reach out to me at any time. This can be done via the app, texts and/or calls.

Quiet, quaint area full of beauty and serenity. Watch the squirrels on the feeder and playing in the woods. Hear the little creek that runs in to the lake. Enjoy the pool (outdoor and indoor), tennis, and other activities at the neighboring Coronado Center. Fee required. Or walk any of the many trails around the area. There are five gates into HSV but only two of them are for visitors. If you don't use the specific addresses below in your GPS to enter the Village, you may be directed to an unmanned electronic gate that will not allow visitor access. 1. West Gate address: 111 DeSoto Blvd (North Highway 7), Hot Springs Village, AR 71909 (open 24/7) 2. East Gate address: 1570 DeSoto Blvd, Hot Springs Village, AR 71909 (open 6:00 a.m. to midnight). At the gate, give the attendant your name, and you will be given your dashboard visitor/guest pass, which we will have reserved for you. This should remain on your dashboard at all times while you are in HSV, and you will use this to access any HSV facility. PARKING is two spaces allocated at the front door of the Townhome. Additional parking is in the center area in front of townhome. DO NOT park in the neighbor's parking spots.
